What is your roof repair process?
We search for the source of the leak from within the building first, taking measurements and photos, noting the nature of the leak, and the intensity/frequency. When on the roof, we interpret the data collected from within the building to determine the source of the leak. Common roofing repair areas include flashing details, tie-in details, drains, edge details, seams, and punctures.
How is roof repair work documented and communicated?
Upon completion of service work you will receive login credentials to customer portal access to view invoice, before and after pictures of work completed with GPS roof location of repairs. Recommendations for next steps in your commercial roof repair if required.
