PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

As a Production Technician you will be responsible for performing roof installation.

SKILLS REQUIRED
-Team-oriented
-Strong communication
-Basic organizational skills
-Hand & power tool usage

EDUCATION
-High school diploma

EXPERIENCE
-0-3 years

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
-Perform roof installations according to specifications and company policy/procedures
-Assist production crew in completing production projects safely, accurately, and in a timely manner
-Maintain clean jobsite and company vehicle
-Follow all safety procedures
-Other tasks as assigned by foreman

SERVICE TECHNICIAN

As the Service Technician you are responsible for performing roof repairs and maintenance under the direction of the Service
Foreman.

ROOF CONSULTANT (SALES REPRESENTATIVE)

The Commercial Roof Consultant is the front-line sales representative. The goal of the Roof Consultant is to prospect, qualify, and close sales, ultimately being the customer’s hero while maximizing revenue.

Skills Required
-Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
-Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook
-Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
-Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
-Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
-Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to customer needs
-Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
-Ability to develop subject-matter expertise quickly and continually

-Establish, nurture, and grow direct customer relationships (owners, asset managers, property managers, facility managers, building engineers, roof consultants, etc.)
-Grow in technical knowledge – both industry-general and project-specific

Qualify project bidding opportunities
-Promote the company brand in the marketplace
-Attend sales training events

-Provide leadership, management, and accountability for Service Technicians assigned to their crew.
-Train crew members in best roofing practices.
-Oversee onsite activities for service work.
-Monitor and ensure that work is being performed safely by everyone on the job site.

-Work with Company Service Department to achieve company revenue, expense, and profit goals.
-Provide technical expertise to diagnose and repair commercial roofs.
-Perform roof repairs according to specifications.
-Complete reports pertaining to daily work, vehicles, or equipment.
-Maintain cleanliness of company vehicle.
-Manage their team’s inventory of materials and equipment.
-Provide exceptional customer service when representing MRS to customers.
-Ensure the safety, quality, accuracy, and timeliness of roofing repairs and related tasks in the field.
-Collaborate with MRS, LLC employees to meet and exceed industry standards and processes.
