My first contact with Moser Roofing Solution was an email that stated they fixed roof leaks. It was followed by another email that offered to do a free roof inspection with an estimate of how much it would cost to fix any problems.
I work for a Mission that has 9 locations where we help needy people with food, clothing and counseling. Our budget is limited and our past experience with roof repairs has been dismal.
I called Moser to do a roof inspection. Their report was clear: pictures were taken of problem areas and each area was numbered, clearly showing the problem areas and how they would be fixed.
After the work was completed, new pictures of the repaired areas were taken. Since I can’t climb ladders anymore, I appreciated how helpful these pictures were.
Now Moser is installing a new roof at another of our locations.
The biggest plus for me is how great all the Moser Staff has been to deal with from start to finish."
