Receive a Free Roof Survey & Photo Journal
Do you know the condition of your commercial roof? Do you know what’s causing leaks? Have you identified areas of concern for your roof? Are you confident in your roof’s remaining lifespan?
Gain an accurate understanding of your building’s roof with a free roof survey from Moser Roofing.
A roof inspection gives you a better understanding of the current state of your commercial roof. Instead of your maintenance team climbing up on the roof to make temporary repairs, a roof inspection provides actionable recommendations for repairs you need to make. Plus, you can know the overall condition of your roof and when it is time to upgrade to an energy-efficient roofing system.
Free Photo Journal (a $700 value)
Included with your roof survey is a 360° photo journal of your entire roof. This interactive document will offer a detailed description of your roof, including:
- Overview images of your roof
- Highlight areas of concern – either current damage or conditions that could result in leaks
- Maintenance suggestions
- Approximate remaining service life in your existing roof
Free Commercial Roofing Inspection
When you contact Moser Roofing Solutions, we will schedule an on-site inspection within the next week. During the inspection, we will evaluate every square foot of your roof, taking measurements and photos of areas of concern, and documenting everything in a digital photo journal.
Depending on the size, style, and condition of your roof, an inspection can take anywhere from an hour to a full day. During this inspection, we will identify sources of leaks, damage and deterioration, and our estimation of the roof’s condition and remaining lifespan. We can also carry out an ENERGY STAR savings roofing audit, with an estimate on how much you can save on energy costs with an energy-efficient roofing coating.
Our roofing inspection is free and comes with no contract or obligation. We will give you our honest recommendations on repairs and maintenance for your existing roof and, if a roof needs to be replaced, what material would work best.
